Supported software versions.
We recommend using the latest device and software generations to benefit from the full quality of our solutions. The following versions are supported:

Additional technical requirements.
In addition to using the latest software versions, a camera of at least 5 megapixels is required to use the business card scanner functionality in BusinessCards and VisitReport.
For optimal performance, we recommend a minimum of 8 megapixels.
Product retirement & end of support.
Support for Internet Explorer (IE) 10 and earlier was discontinued for the snapAddy Dashboard as of January 1, 2021. Microsoft also ended support for IE 11 in Microsoft 365 applications in January 2021. Concurrently, snapAddy officially ended support for Internet Explorer.
You can continue to use the snapAddy Dashboard comfortably with the latest stable versions of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
The snapAddy Assistant has been replaced by the LeadResearch Outlook add-in, which you can download here.
