Integrations
snapAddy VisitReport integrates with the most widely used CRM systems. If your setup includes custom fields or specific requirements, our team supports you with CRM field mapping to ensure VisitReport works seamlessly with your CRM.
In addition to CRM systems, snapAddy VisitReport can also be connected to marketing automation platforms.
Using webhooks or a REST API, additional data from VisitReport can be sent to other systems as needed.
Data Protection & Security
A flexible roles and permissions model allows you to define access rights in line with internal requirements, such as works council policies or organizational structures. Permissions can be tailored for different teams or business units, ensuring that each VisitReport user only sees what is relevant to them. This creates transparency and strengthens data security
Employees can authenticate to snapAddy VisitReport using Single Sign-On. Administrators manage access centrally, while users sign in with a single set of credentials across services. This reduces administrative effort and improves overall security.
The VisitReport app is available for all major operating systems and can be deployed through your mobile device management (MDM) system.
Data storage and application logic are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany. All personal data is processed exclusively within the EU and never leaves European boundaries. Required GDPR agreements have been concluded with AWS as a subprocesser, and the hosting provider is ISO-certified.
User Interface
Your corporate identity should be reflected consistently across your trade show presence—including the VisitReport app. Simply upload your logo or wordmark, select your corporate colors, and choose a matching font color to align the app with your corporate design.

The media library allows you to upload and manage content in a wide range of file formats, including videos, images, and PDFs. A folder structure and preview thumbnails help you keep track of all available assets at all times.
